Director-Allied Health

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Indiana University Health-Fort Wayne leadership team in the role of Director of Allied Health.

The Director-Allied Health oversees Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function Testing, Rehab (PT, OT, Speech), Neurodiagnostics, Sleep and Lab. This leader serves as an influential and strategic leader across the service line. The Director is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service line. This leader is responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies and value.

Reports to: Vice President-Chief Operating Officer, Regional

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires 4 years of people leader experience.
• Clinical licensure is preferred.
