Job Description Join our Team at the Department of Veterans Medical center, Palo Alto, CA as a Physician - Psychiatrist (Addiction Consultation and Pain Management)! The Physician - Psychiatrist performs psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments. Creates and implements treatment plans which include behavioral and pharmacological interventions. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluation of patients in outpatient mental health clinics, substance use disorder treatment programs, and pain management clinic. Demonstrates skills in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team and be able to provide specialty consultative knowledge and support to other services.
