Position Summary
Phoenix Children’s is hiring for a Clinical RN Manager who will have clinical oversight over the following clinics: Plastic/Hand Surgery; Cleft & Craniofacial Center; Infectious Disease; Pain; and Genetics. The clinical manager holds the responsibility of overseeing clinical workflows, ensuring that staff are providing safe, quality care that is compliant with policy and regulatory. This position is 5 eight hour shifts, Monday through Friday. No weekends or call! This role will be primarily in person, although we do have flexibility with offering remote work intermittently. Orientation will be in person. Staff within these divisions work at several of our off campus sites, and it will be necessary to visit the satellite locations on occasion.
This position provides clinical and operational leadership of patient care services with direct supervision of nursing and support staff. In addition, it ensures consistent provision of developmentally appropriate quality patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, regulatory and professional standards and requirements.
Education
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required)
Masters degree in related field. (Preferred)
Experience
Three or more years of supervisory experience in a clinical practice. (Required)
Experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting. (Preferred)
Certifications
Current State of Arizona RN license. (Required)
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. (Required)
Current PALS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. (Preferred)
