JOB SUMMARYThe Regional Director of Finance plans, organizes, and oversees activities related to financial management for Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH), which may include financial planning and analysis, accounting, patient financial services, budgeting, external financing, treasury, investment, reimbursement, and financial and accounting systems. Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs in-depth analysis and assessment to determine present and future financial performance for BSWH organizations and areas of responsibility. Provides financial oversight of major BSWH business initiatives. Gathers, analyzes, prepares, summarizes, and presents financial recommendations, which may include plans, prop
