Network Director, Contracting and Risk
Job Summary: The Network Director will report day-to-day to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and will be responsible for supporting WMCHealth's Supply Chain and Purchasing functions by providing legal counsel and drafting and negotiating agreements. Performing a full range of complex legal activities in support of The WMCHealth Network and departmental policies and procedures to ensure that the interests of the WMCHealth Network are represented and to ensure compliance with the law. The Network Director will consult with the Senior Associate General Counsel on an as-needed basis.
