The role you’ll contribute:
The Executive Director for Strategy and Business Operations is responsible for leading strategy, partnerships, and providing executive leadership to the process of building and growing new programs, new services, and new lines of business, including developing a vision, short and long-term strategies and leading their development. This position will also provide executive leadership to the Ventures division by influencing development of new value-driving products to provide access to quality health care at a lower cost, while seeking new revenue and monetization opportunities. This position works directly with senior executives responsible for operations, strategy/planning, marketing, clinical, development, and finance and will also support the VP of Venture Operations in developing the New Ventures Division in the areas of strategy, organizational design and effectiveness. Our primary customers are patients, their families, employers, and external partners. Our partners are physicians and all team members.

- Serve as the primary lead for business development and revenue creation. Cultivate relationships and develop opportunities in the broad and various lifestyle segments – wellness real estate, community life, wellness, health, media, travel, living, content creation and more.
- Supports the VP- Ventures Operations in a leadership capacity with strategy development, planning, budgeting and staffing allocation for the department.
- Drive development of strategic initiatives and growth by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables.
- Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the project scope and timeframe.
- Develop and present comprehensive and strategic business value propositions and plans to support the strategic initiatives identified.
- Create and execute strategic action planning from Stakeholder Assessment (align facility readiness plan to culture/need).
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other related field of study
- 7 years Leadership position in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Innovation, Strategic Partnerships or related roles in a hospital or healthcare environment Required
- Strategy, corporate development, operations management of new healthcare businesses Required
