JOB SUMMARYThe Supply Chain Services Operations Manager is accountable for continuously reviewing Surgical Services, Interventional Radiology and Endo/GI Lab for Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas supply costs and identifying, evaluating and implementing the needed actions to reduce costs and maintain high contract compliance. Acts as a key player in maintaining and continuously improving services to our clinicians. Demonstrates solid critical thinking skills, problem solving and proactive approach to leading and anticipating needs. Works with the other service line and supply chain leadership members in seeking and implementing supply chain efficiencies and team growth and development.
