SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Manager of Provider Recruitment will lead a team of high-performing Physician and APP Recruiters. Manages the daily operations of the Provider Recruitment team to ensure alignment with departmental and organization?s strategic imperatives. Oversees recruitment workflows, processes, staff performance, payroll and scheduling. Assists with department budgets, compliance, vendor management/relations. Works closely and collaboratively with physician and senior leadership to develop and gain support for organizational recruitment plans to advance the organization?s strategic imperatives.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and onsite work. Candidates must reside in the local area, as occasional in-person presence at our facility is required based on business needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum five (5) years experience in Provider Recruitment
• Minimum one (1) year leadership or supervisory experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master's degree
• CPRP Certification - Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment
