OverviewWorks collaboratively with other Patient Access Managers, clinical management, Manager of Patient Financial Services and other WakeMed leaders to anticipate, integrate and coordinate services that optimize patient satisfaction, clinical and fiscal outcomes, and Revenue Cycle goals.
