Director APP Compensation
JOB SUMMARYDirector of APP Compensation is responsible for advanced practice provider compensation at Baylor Scott and White Health (BSWH). Plans, develops, and implements provider compensation models, programs, and administration which may include compensation budgeting, reporting, financial analysis, forecasts, payroll schedules, and payment administration. Evaluates and modifies provider compensation programs, plans, and payment administration. May act as liaison to providers to confirm understanding of compensation plans and agreements. Ensures provider compensation is aligned to the strategies and goals of the medical group and the BSWH system.
