DescriptionSummary:In a High Reliability Organization, the Director Clinical Risk Management (DCRM) is responsible for overseeing the clinical risk management program in one or more ministries. The DCRM strategizes, directs, and develops a clinical risk management program. In doing so, the DCRM implements process improvement methods to address adverse events, near misses, root cause analyses, and issues related to clinical risk.
