DescriptionSummary:In a High Reliability Organization, the Director Clinical Risk Management (DCRM) is responsible for overseeing the clinical risk management program in one or more ministries. The DCRM strategizes, directs, and develops a clinical risk management program. In doing so, the DCRM implements process improvement methods to address adverse events, near misses, root cause analyses, and issues related to clinical risk. The DCRM will work collaboratively with Health System leaders and clinicians to develop plans or system improvements to enhance an organizational culture that supports patient safety, mitigates risks of safety events, and supports the provision of safe, quality patient care.
