JOB DESCRIPTION: The UVMHN Medical Group Director is a key member of the UVMHN Medical Group leadership team. The individual is responsible for ensuring high-value services and operational oversight of their assigned UVMHN Medical Group practices/services. This position specifically oversees all Surgical Specialties within the Department of Surgery at UVMMC.  The Medical Group operates in a matrixed environment with close working relationships between Network Department Chairs, Vice Presidents, and Hospital Campus leadership.
