Job DescriptionThe Materials Management Associate is an integral part of the hospital's Materials Management team. The Senior Associate is responsible for a variety of activities including: inventory replenishment and control, receiving, and distribution of supplies and linen. The Associate is responsible for assisting fellow associates and the Senior Associate, Assistant Buyer, and Materials Management Manager with all facets of their responsibilities. The associate works under the direct supervision of the Senior Materials Management Associate.Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age, culture, ethnicity, and specific individual diagnostic needs of the patient
