The role you’ll contribute:
The OR Business Managerplans, directs, and supervises all technical and administrative aspects of the budgeting process for Surgical Services which includes planning and monitoring the capital and operational budget.This includes preparation of monthly variance reporting at the department level and monitoring and controlling capital.Assist leadership in building Surgical Services budgets.Collaborates with PFS team to manage payment methodologies.Accountable for correlation and expenditure of invoices.Analyze financial statement trends and report findings to appropriate Leadership.Evaluate the reimbursement of hospital programs to determine the profitability of service lines.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
·Minimum qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree required upon hire
3 years’ healthcare experience upon hire
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
·5 years of healthcare experience
·Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
