Position Information:
The Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer Sr. is responsible for the architecture development and expansion of the mobile device management landscape across all WakeMed locations. This position develops tests implements and supports IOS/Android applications and related integrations. Provides administration management testing and evaluation to include end user/device enrollments and deletions ensuring mobile implementations are in line with privacy legal security policies and Corporate standards. The MDM Engineer will provide tier 2 and tier 3 support and is responsible for tracking device inventory in the MDM environment and performing audits.

Experience Requirements:
5 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management And In Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System Preferred - And 7 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management Required - With High School Diploma

Education Required:
Associate's Degree In Information Technology Or Computer Science Or Related Field Preferred - Or High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - Or Equivalent Experience

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Workspace ONE Or Jamf Professional Certification Or Microsoft Or Network+ Certification Preferred

Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Weekend Requirements:
As Needed
