As a key member of the marketing and communications leadership team, the Director of Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement will develop and implement strategic marketing plans that advance Prisma Health's priorities, growth goals and reputational brand as an integrated health system committed to expanding access to high quality care, enhancing patient experience and being a workplace of choice.
The digital marketing leader directs the strategy, development, execution and maintenance of Prisma Health digital and social marketing activities that prioritize humanizing our brand across the health system. Overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals, the leader collaborates with Prisma Health leadership/staff to create digital marketing strategies and tactics, digital content strategies and website development plans as well as analyzes digital programs to ensure implementation of customer-centric digital best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - Seven (7) years of experience in digital and strategic marketing in an advertising agency or corporation with a focus on owned channels. Leadership and/or Healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, consumer insights, and conversion optimization
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and emerging trends across multiple channels, including websites, email marketing, mobile apps, and social media.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
A deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and backlink strategies, is essential to improve organic search rankings. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
