This work drove discovery in rare malignancies such as thyroid cancer and salivary cancer, among others, and has been supported by $79 million in funding in the last decade, including $74 million across 47 industrial contracts and $5 million in private and federal grants. Faculty in the Head and Neck Oncology Program collaborate closely with physicians and physician scientists from across all MSK's Basic and Clinical Departments.
