JOB SUMMARYThe Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs is dedicated to the operational effectiveness of the talent acquisition function, leading efforts to maintain and optimize recruitment processes, experience, productivity and ROI / budgetary impact. This position partners with vendors and other HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to create a seamless candidate experience for internal and external candidates while helping operational efficiency of the talent acquisition function.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEDevelop recommendations for improvements to efficiency, effectiveness, and experience of TA processes and systems, gains insight and approval on recommendations and leads the execution of these improvements.Manages
