The Director of Pastoral Care supports all operations of the pastoral care program, maintaining the staffing resources to provide pastoral care services, coordinating the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program including maintenance of standards for accreditation, and developing additional programs to assist patients, families and staff.Qualifications: Masters level degree in Divinity, Pastoral Counseling, or other appropriate discipline.
