Onsite position at Goldfarb School of Nursing. Must live in the Metro St. Louis area.
Responsible for the operations and support of information and technology systems and services that support the BJC Goldfarb School of Nursing. This role leverages the larger technology organization and its processes to deliver value and meet service delivery objectives for the college. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the student information system, learning management system, candidate relationship management system (admissions) and integrations with internal and external systems.

Goldfarb School of Nursing is located on the Washington University Medical Campus in St. Louis and is affiliated with Barnes-Jewish Hospital, with a second site at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. Goldfarb is a private nursing college that enrolls over 650 students in its baccalaureate, masters and doctoral degree programs. Goldfarb has nationally recognized educational facilities with state-of-the-art classrooms, lecture halls and sophisticated Clinical Simulation Institute labs with patient simulation manikins and exam rooms that provide high-tech, advanced nursing care experiences.

Role Purpose
The Service Delivery Manager will understand specific area(s) of BJC's IT security, applications or infrastructure, together with substantive experience in managing outcomes of supplier-based delivery of those services, to ensure effective delivery and/or change/enhancement to those services in order to meet or exceed BJC business expectations for those services, while achieving appropriate balance between quality of outcomes, risk to BJC systems and customers, and the life cycle cost of those services.
Responsibilities
Manage supplier service delivery and performance on a day-to-day basis, driving resolution to issues escalated from suppliers. Scope of services will typically: - Represent less than $4M in cost annually AND - a set of platforms that provide a single set of services within a function
Ensure compliance of supplier delivery within scope of responsibility, in accordance with defined service levels, security practices/guidelines, and relevant technology standards.
Understand business expectations, success factors (e.g., KPIs) and performance characteristics for products and services (e.g., end user satisfaction with services).
Leverage SLAs to drive supplier service and performance, and facilitate resolution for product or service issues.
Broker effective communication between suppliers and BJC groups as necessary to develop resolution to systematic/pervasive issues.
