Unit/Position Summary

The Change Management Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the project teams, business sponsors, leaders, and subject matter experts to support effective execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Change Management Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the project teams, business sponsors, leaders, and subject matter experts to support effective execution and adoption of strategic initiatives.

- Creates and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance- Assesses the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders- Applies a structured change management methodology, diagnoses, designs, implements and assesses change management strategies and plans in support of overall business initiatives- Supports training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs- Completes change management assessments and identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics- Consults and coaches project teams; coaches, supports and engages leaders and stakeholders- Creates actionable deliverables for the core change management plans and integrates change management activities into the project plan- Evaluates and ensures user readiness; identifies and measures adoption metrics- Serves as a subject matter expert to resolve complex problems using advanced knowledge gained through extensive work experience- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.Experience: 6 years relevant experienceLicenses/Certifications: None
