We are seeking a dynamic leader to grow our business through increased patient admissions with the region's hospitals. The relationships you build, the strategies you develop and implement, and the overall sales enthusiasm you bring to the table, will aid in our greatest focus of providing our patients with the right care in the proper setting.
The Regional Director of Business Development is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the sales and marketing initiatives within the Region. With the Region's senior leadership, hospitals senior leadership and marketing staff, the Regional Director of Business Developement will implement core standardized marketing and training practices and procedures to achieve the hospital's vision, mission and goals. The Regional Director of Business Developement will provide support to enable their assigned hospitals to meet admissions and census goals, provide marketing leadership and support to their assigned facilities to meet business objectives. The Regional Director of Business Developement is responsible for supporting, mentoring and leading the assigned Region's hospital sales teams.
Bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Clinical Licensure preferred.
Minimum of five years senior sales management experience over the sales and marketing function for multiple teams, sites and/or locations.Five years hands on sales experience with direct responsibility for leading, training and managing sales teams. Experience driving the referral process through admissions along with development of comprehensive strategic marketing plans.
