The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Serves as a liaison between business users and implementation team, defines project tasks and resource requirements, monitors and reports on progress of the project, assesses results, and manages customer support. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Responsible for successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with multiple clinical and non-clinical team leaders and administrators and without direct supervisory responsibility over team members.
Coordinates, manages and monitors the workings of multiple projects in the organization. Serves as a liaison between business users and implementation team communicating appropriately and effectively with co-workers, customers and supervisors. Maintains awareness of project status and any potential delay, situation or concern that may affect the outcome of the project.
Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. Defines project tasks and resource requirements. Implements projects with a strategic purpose, adhering to quality standards and procedures through the project lifecycle.
Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including project budget and resource allocation, timelines and project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Assesses results and learnings, both positive and negative.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Finance or a related field with an additional four (4) or more years of relevant experience in business, project management or related field.
Skilled use and knowledge of the Internet and the following computer programs: Adobe PDF Reader, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teas, and Visio)
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Knowledge in Home Health and Hospice
Achieved or actively pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
LEAN process improvement certified
