The Director of Innovation and Learning strengthens the alignment between business priorities and organizational strategy with extensive collaboration with senior executives, organizational leaders, and HR team members. This position is responsible for leading the analysis, design, development, and implementation of Organizational Development and Learning initiatives and evaluates their effectiveness. Responsibilities include change management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching and mentoring, performance management, and competency modeling to anticipate and meet business needs. Also responsible for supervising the identification, creation, and delivery of professional development programs for staff and managers.
Bachelor`s Degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent (Required)
Master's Degree in a related discipline (Preferred)
Five (5) or more years of experience with Human Resources responsibilities such as Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Performance Consulting, Training, Performance Management, etc. (Required)
Five (5) or more years of leadership or management experience or equivalent education. (Required)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to conceptualize and think strategically; strong influencing and relationship skills; detail-orientated; experience with conflict management or mediation; public-speaking experience; and organizational skills. (Required)
Experience with instructional design and solid understanding of adult learning principles. Knowledge of and experience using learning and development best practices. (Required)
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, and effectively facilitate meetings, focus groups, retreats, or workshops. (Required)
