Swedish Medical Group is seeking a part-time, 0.3 FTE Certified Nurse Midwife dedicated towards Medical Director responsibilities to join a highly compassionate team in Issaquah, Washington. This is a leadership role for an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife where you will be part of a team that aims to eliminate health disparities and improve perinatal outcomes through independent, anti-racist, trauma-informed, evidence-based midwifery care. This group collaborates closely with OB/GYN physicians, RNs, IBCLCs and support staff who are committed to midwifery. The practice has a low c-section rate and excellent perinatal outcomes. Time will be shared among all Swedish Midwifery practices including First Hill, Issaquah and Ballard. Must have at least 2 years' experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
AMCB Certification, active DEA, WA State RN/ARNP license and certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program required
Mix of perinatal care, GYN problem visits and annual exams, family planning, and lactation
Compensation is between $170.13 and $254.86 per hour
