St. Luke's Health System in Boise, ID is seeking an OD Program Manager to join our Workforce Planning & Innovation

Unit/Position Summary

The OD Program Manager is responsible for enabling a culture of high performance and continuous learning through designing and delivering programs, platforms, and tools. This role creates relevant and up-to-date development opportunities with leadership support and participation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executives across the organization in the strategic planning, design, implementation and monitoring of key OD programs, initiatives and policies; serve as consultant and coach to leaders.
• Assesses and identifies capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable a culture of high performance; reports findings and propose solutions to senior leadership.
• Monitors organizational progress against the execution of plans and ensures plans are aligned with SLHS principles, organizational strategies and financials.
• Manages multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment with many partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates innovative thought leadership and strategic thinking.
• Leads, develops and mentors HR staff; responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 5 years of experience
