The Henry Mayo Newhall Urgent Care Clinic in the beautiful community of Valencia, California is seeking an Urgent Care physician for a Medical Director role. This is an outpatient clinic where the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with patients of all ages providing a mix of clinical and administrative duties. This position offers a highly desirable 4/10 schedule and has no call responsibilities. - Medical Director role split between 80% clinical and 20% administrative duties
- Variable 4-day a week schedule with clinic closed every Sunday
- No call responsibilities
- Must be board-certified/board-eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Must have an active California license, or in process of obtaining
- Current BLS required
- At least 2 years of previous experience is required
- Excellent professional growth opportunity
- Point-of-care lab is in clinic, with x-ray facility located directly next door
- Compensation is between $245,000 and $265,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, vacation, paid malpractice, CME and eligible for retirement plan after one year of employment
