The role you’ll contribute:
The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
· Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates
· Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
· Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project
· Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
· Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required
· Three years of technical experience required
· Two years of leadership/management experience required
