Position Summary: The EDM Associate provides second point of contact for employees, and ensures employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing individual needs, and by putting them first in the transactions. Accesses various media to respond to employee concerns, including telephony, hard copy, email and questions via AskHP system. Responsible for receiving/scanning, reviewing and processing employee information received from employees and management. Reviews documents for completeness and accuracy prior to scanning and entering into HRIS. Resolve discrepancies with employee and/or manager as needed. Tracks all activity in case management system, routes and/or escalates issues appropriately. Work situations are varied and require an exceptional service-oriented individual, who has solid organization skills and high attention to detail. Relates well to all kinds of people, and has effective conflict management skills.
Minimum Requirements: Three (3) years experience in a Human Resources department, preferably with onboarding, compensation, benefits or employee data management. Experience with computer software applications Health care environment experience preferred Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: Vocational business training or college course work or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred (HR-specific coursework may substitute for experience, year for year)
