The Practice Manager - RN is responsible for the overall success and day to day operations of their assigned medical practice. This position provides the strategic leadership for a practice’s growth, direction, administration and coordination of all medical office activities except those directly involving professional medical judgment. The Practice Manager – RN serves as the trainer, effective mentor and educational resource to all team members.

- Responsible for financial management of practices including budget collaboration, implementation and management. Responsible for financial management of offices including ensuring cash control, bank reconciliations and deposits, and payment authorization vouchers
- Leads office teams with exemplary practices when hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and implementing the progressive discipline policy when necessary
- Ensures that team members’ time and attendance are tracked in a timely fashion and that providers’ paid leave and continuing medical education credits are tracked according to team member licensing
- Oversees current inventory of medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and administrative supplies
- Ensures the smooth operations of front and back office through consistent and appropriate communications and relationship building
- Provides and ensures members receive whole care in all aspects of an office visit, regarding intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration, closure of care gaps and all aspects necessary following Senior Care policies
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor’s degree of Nursing and one (1) year healthcare experience OR
- Associate’s degree of Nursing and two (2) years healthcare experience
- FL Registered Nurse (RN) license that is valid, current, and unencumbered.
- Current, valid CPR certification is required
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s in Nursing, Health, Business Administration or related field
- Certified by the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE)
