Shift:  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location: 2600 Westhall Lane, Maitland FL

The community you’ll be caring for:

• More than 800 physicians, 450+ advanced practice providers, and 2,600 clinical and support staff in over 40 specialties, provide patients with a broad range of medical and surgical services. 
• AdventHealth Medical Group Central FL operates over 200 offices, providing compassionate, multidisciplinary care to more than one million patients a year. 
• In existence since 1994, AdventHealth Medical Group Central FL has demonstrated consistent growth and stability in an ever-changing health care market.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Operational Transitions Specialist, reporting to the Operational Transitions Manager works in collaboration with Practice Leaders and all internal departments to facilitate practice and provider transitions

The value you’ll bring to the team:         

·         Plans, budgets, oversees, documents and reports on all aspects of projects assigned

·         Coordinates project schedules, resources, equipment and information

·         Responsible for all practice and provider transitions

·         Facilitates new practice locations and relocations

·         Liaises with cross functional business partners to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

·         May work closely with Project Manager(s) and other leaders

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

•          Bachelor’s Degree OR
•          Associate degree and 1y Healthcare or Project Management experience OR
•         High School Degree and 2y Healthcare or Project Management experience
