Construction Project Manager will oversee projects in the healthcare environment through the entire construction management cycle, working with the design team, senior leadership, owner leadership and end users.

Integral Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Manage key relationships with all stakeholders
• Manage project budget and schedule in coordination with all stakeholders
• Create and execute on benchmarks for success throughout the life of the project
• Ensure safety and environmental controls meet OSHA and ASHE standards

Compensation

• Salary Range based on years of experience and travel requirements ($95K-$125K/year)
• Additional Car and Phone Allowance based on travel and responsibilities ($750/mo)

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience of construction in healthcare environment
• Documented construction project management results
• Industry knowledge in healthcare regulatory environment (OSHA, ASHE, NFPA)
• Certified Healthcare Construction, preferred
