Position Information:
The Facilities Project Manager provides day to day management and oversight of assigned capital improvement projects throughout the organization. Manages and facilitates functional programming, facilities design and construction of capital projects utilizing skills to direct and control human, physical and fiscal resources. Responsible for the coordination and supervision of external consultants and contractors engaged to build, renovate or modernize existing facilities; installation of medical and non-medical equipment and meets with affected departments in the development and review of project plans, budgets and schedules. Accountable for the execution of assigned projects within budgetary and schedule constraints. Assists the vice president and director in the formulation and execution of annualized and multi-year capital programs. Develops and designs feasibility studies for review.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Related Position Experience Required - With 2 Years Healthcare Or Construction Required
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Architecture Or Interior Design Or Engineering Or Construction Management Or Related Field Required - Or Equivalent Experience
