The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for the implementation and future growth of the Foundation’s Giving Programs, to include annual and major gifts, capital campaigns, special events, direct mail, special appeals/campaigns, social media and, memorial/honor gifts.  Responsible for Foundation budgeting and financial accountability. Serve as member of AdventHealth Daytona Beach Foundation Leadership.  Held accountable for exemplifying Leadership Standards of Behavior to patients, clients, visitors, Auxilians, physicians, co-workers, and vendors.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Actively support and manage all aspects of fundraising programs including grateful patient, employee giving and physician engagement.   
• Strategically align hospital needs with Foundation support
• Manage Prospect research
• Create and analyze donor programs for present and future viability including special events
• Provide leadership and direction in areas of communication, community partners and brand promotion

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor of Arts/Science required
• Five years of experience in Management Development ((healthcare preferred)
