Logan Health Medical Center is located in scenic Kalispell, Montana. We are a short drive to Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain, Flathead Lake, and surrounded by endless recreation.
We are looking for and experience OR Registered Nurse, with surgical management experience to fill this role. Must have experience with contracts, budget management, flexible, and able to work with a diverse team.
We have 16 operating rooms performing over 12,000 cases per year in our main hospital, Cath Lab/EP Labs, Hybrid Room, IR Suites, Endoscopy Suites in two locations, and even two ASCs. This includes spacious operating rooms, private same-day surgery recovery rooms, post-surgical recovery and sterile processing areas, and a welcoming, spacious waiting room. With the personalized care provided by our surgical team and the advanced technologies offered at our facility, we provide the compassion and expertise our patients expect.
This position will oversee all Surgical and Procedural Services, and is responsible for the design, development and successful execution of the business plan. This role serves as the senior leader for the service line and collaborates with entity leadership to provide direction and leadership to achieve superior clinical and patient/family care and optimal business performance. Oversees and analyzes data to drive quality throughout the service line while developing internal and external relationships to maximize the service line’s effectiveness and facilitate problem solving across organizational units that support services provided.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field required. A post-graduate degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years leadership experience required.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience in roles with progressive responsibility, including experience in strategic program development, service line management, or related area in a healthcare environment required.
Additional requirements for Surgical Services/Procedural Services assignment:
Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana.
Minimum of five (5) years OR experience.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare industry, ability to think strategically, skilled in analytics, project management, and root cause analysis.
