Responsible for the daily operations and oversight of Transplant Program. This includes overall management of strategic planning, marketing, program design, implementation, financial and personnel management, effective and efficient operations process, data integrity, compliance and quality activities. The process of evaluation and process improvement will include a close working relationship with the Medical Director(s) of Service(s). In this manner, the position will play both a strong strategic role in ensuring program growth and viability as well as a tactical role of insuring that work processes are designed to produce high quality clinical outcomes cost effectively. Primary focus is insuring that Services are available in our communities at the most appropriate point of service. Will work collaboratively with the clinical teams throughout the South Denver Group, Centura Health, affiliates and existing outreach network. Responsible for service line growth within the catchment area and as a result of catchment area expansion.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: - Seven to ten years of experience with progressive responsibility in a hospital setting, previous management/supervisoryexperience and clinical transplant experience in Living Donor and Multi-organ transplant.- Strong leadership skill set with verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and management skills- Experience with development of clinical protocols/pathways and managing physician-directed services necessary- Excellent command of UNOS, CMS and Joint Commission guidelines - Bachelor's Degree in health related clinical discipline and/or in a business management related discipline - Master's Degree in business or healthcare administration strongly preferred Your Connected Community:Located in central Denver's historic Washington Park residential neighborhood, Porter Adventist Hospital associates enjoy beautiful surroundings, leading technology, outstanding leadership, and easy access to everything great central Denver has to offer.
