Maintain a set of balanced scorecard metrics, lead the integration of the laboratory within the hospital environment, manage relationships of the laboratory with other hospital services, manage the lab personnel, maintain an understanding of IT systems and data sources associated with hospital laboratory services.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  Minimum Experience Requirements5 years MT or MLT experience, including 3 years hospital supervision and management. Education RequirementBS/BA in chemical, physical, clinical lab/medical technology, Health Care Administration, or equivalent area pertaining to the laboratory.  License/Certifications Requirement ASCP Certification or equivalent Your Connected Community:Situated between Denver and Colorado Springs, Castle Rock Adventist Hospital is a 90-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center providing comprehensive health care to the greater Castle Rock community and surrounding areas.
