Responsibilities
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time intern for the Talent Management Team within our Human Resource department. In this role, the intern will work alongside a team of innovative professionals and contribute to Atlantic's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services to our communities. The intern's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Support Talent Management by contributing to strategy, program design and deliverables
Develops, organizes, and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aides, presentations (etc)
Support strategic decisions through analyzing and reporting on Talent Management data using our Learning Management System (LMS)
Documents internal interviews, focus groups and stakeholder engagement
Coordinates invites and logistics for hosted webinars or meetings
Assists in developing communication plans and class marketing materials
Assist with course creation for new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool
Qualifications
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University
Be in good academic standing
US Citizen or permanent resident
Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
Proficient with, Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and public speaking service skills
Attentive to details
Motivated to grow professionally
