Job SummaryThe Director of Finance Partnering will support strategic and operational financial leadership for the College and education of Geisinger Health. This position is actively involved in development of the operating and capital forecasts, the long-range financial model, business plan financial models, monthly operating reviews, financial improvement initiatives, promotion of financial and operational benchmarking, and assures compliance with financial standards and procedures. This role is responsible to develop a high performing team by coordinating efforts of assigned Senior Finance and / or Finance Partners.
