McMahon Group’s Custom Media division is recruiting an experienced Advertising Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for developing sales plans, client strategy, generating and creating presentations and proposals for both new and existing clients. The Advertising Sales Account Manager supports business development/sales efforts within an assigned client base and works closely with the sales and editorial directors. This is a hybrid position, combining a mix of remote work and in-house arrangement in our New York City office.
Client Management:
Maintain and improve client relationships and retention of current account relationships
Ensure that client satisfaction is achieved on all deliverables
Liaise with clients to ascertain strategic brand direction
Project Management:
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate logistical components of project development, execution and budget management as appropriate
Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials
Work with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met, quality of work is high, and communication is fluid with all parties
Business Development:
Contributes to new business creative, strategic and program development
Responsible for organic growth of existing client project work as well as the utilization of effective prospecting methods to obtain new clients
