The program director is responsible for establishing and monitoring accomplishment of goals and objectives for the residency program.Plan and administer policies and procedures of the residency program, with the support of the Medical Education Committee, and the Department of Surgery, to meet CODA requirements, the objectives of the residency program, and SJMO.
