The role you’ll contribute: The Project Manager, reporting to the Director, is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects aligned with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals.

- Utilizes process improvement methodology to approach and solve identified problems/projects and manage the implementation of solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Facilitates the development of project and deployment plans in accordance with organizational strategic and operational initiatives. Includes the identification of project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Develops, engages, and manages cross functional teams during the project management process to identify roles and responsibilities, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, schedule, and to ensure resolution execution
- Identifies and analyzes data to determine organizational trends and performance opportunities
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
- Interfaces directly with project stakeholders to track progress and identify issues related to achieving project deadlines
- Provides project status communication to project teams and stakeholders via periodic updates and formal progress reports; may provide education or training on results and solutions to impacted stakeholders.
- Drives day-to-day tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness of work
- Tracks project progress towards meeting objectives as well as identifies and mitigates possible deviations from established plans and timelines
- Builds and maintains custom dashboards and reports to analyze and communicate organizational performance
- Develops high-level reports for executive management
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration or related discipline
- Two years of experience in healthcare, project management or related expertise
- Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Operations management experience or combination of experience on large scale projects and education
