The Mayo Clinic Administrative Fellowship Program is a prestigious two-year program designed as a fast track to transition top graduate students and recent graduates into leadership positions through focused mentoring and stretch assignments. Administrative Fellows will gain practical experience through direct exposure to and active participation in a variety of administrative activities in preparation for leadership opportunities within Mayo Clinic. Individual participants will make significant contributions to administrative work throughout the organization. Fellows will partner with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. The program consists of core rotations in areas such as Practice Administration, Education Administration, Research Administration, Finance, Quality, and Human Resources.
Opportunities for placement include Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, Minnesota; or the Mayo Clinic Health System including: Mankato, Minnesota; Eau Claire or La Crosse, Wisconsin. Administrative Fellows will be assigned to a primary location and may have the opportunity to rotate to another location during the fellowship.
Our selection process aims to attract external talent who possess diverse skill sets, backgrounds, work experiences, and interests. Please note that as part of our selection process, virtual interviews will be extended to candidates selected to advance in consideration for our fellowship positions.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for individuals participating in the Administrative Fellowship Program.
