Direct and manage the operation, strategic planning, marketing, and business development, patient and customer satisfaction, profitability, and clinical outcomes of the oncology IPN.

• Function as the subject-matter expert and key/highest-ranking Roper St. Francis leader for technical expertise in radiation therapy.
• Advise the AVP oncology IPN and senior administration on the purchase of capital equipment and strategic planning.

We seek a Director, Radiation Therapy with the following credentials:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in RT(T) or related field.
• Ten or more years of clinical and/or administrative experience in RT, including five or more years in a leadership role.
• Graduation from an accredited school or college of radiation therapy with current RT(T) licensure and registration through the American Registry of Radiologic Technicians.
• Proficiency with radiologic department equipment.
• Strong IS background, including proficiency with current radiation therapy information systems including both hardware (linacs, CT simulation technology), and software (record and verify system, treatment-planning systems).
• Working knowledge of all commonly used radiation therapy treatment modalities, including 3D, IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, and DART.
