Nebraska Health Care Association, a nonprofit serving Nebraska’s skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities, seeks an individual with spirit to shine on our membership and marketing team. The full-time Event Manager will assist the Marketing and Membership team in crafting unique events, including educational workshops for 10-50 attendees, annual conferences for up to 300 attendees, golf tournament, and signature events for C-level executives.
The Event Manager will execute event details from start to finish. Responsibilities include establishing event processes and procedures and coordinating with event attendees, speakers, and special guests, all while exemplifying the association’s core values of Stewardship, Quality, Integrity, and Professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional software: Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience coordinating events for 300+ attendees
Customer service acumen
Ability to engage with both internal teams and external contractors
Knowledge of hotel and venue BEOs
