St. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Finance Director to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team.

Position SummaryThe Finance/Accounting Director is responsible for oversight and leadership of accounting/finance operations. Will provide leadership in preparing and reviewing a variety of complex financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all financial/accounting operations and directs the organization's financial/accounting planning and structure.
• Coordinates, analyzes and reports the financial performance to Management (financial performance, projects and other special projects as required).
• Develops, implements and maintains accounting and administrative policies and procedures.
• Provides financial and accounting advice, direction and leadership.
• In collaboration with Senior Leadership, design, develop and implement focused strategies. Actively participates in the budget and goal setting process.
• Provides advice and consultation to senior and executive management related to strategic decisions.
• Interacts with executives, major customers and/or large site managers to provide consultation, influence decisions and identify and resolve critical issues.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience: 10 years Finance and/or Accounting experience.
