Position Information:
The Application Administrator, Jr. role is responsible for assisting with designing, supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining WakeMed's ServiceNow and Smartsheet environment. Works closely with business and IS teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow and Smartsheet configuration, implementation and support. Maintains the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by performing application maintenance, managing support for incidents related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks, performing system testing and features. The Application Administrator, Jr. has sound technical ability that enables the fulfillment of common configuration and maintenance tasks. Serves as technical resource that possesses administration capability and is able to design, build, and customize Smartsheet and ServiceNow applications and services.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Direct Position Experience Preferred
Education Required:
Associate's Degree Information Systems Or Computer Science Or Information Technology Required - And Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
ServiceNow System Administrator Certification And/Or ITIL V3 Foundation Certification Required - Within 6 Months of Hire
