The incumbent has oversight of all primary care clinics at Hampton VAMC, management of clinical operations, contingency planning/gap providers, clinic cancellation and surrogate planning, monitoring of primary Care access, and seamless delivery of primary care services, women's health services, community care referral from Primary Care.
