The ChristianaCare IT Service Management team is seeking an Incident Manger. This role oversees the incident management process by ensuring the process is efficient, effective, consistently followed, measured, and delivers value. This role also drives continuous improvement of the process, creates awareness in IT of the expectations, key metrics, and directly contributes to the incident process maturity, strategy, and direction. In addition, the role partners with the Problem Manager to reduce the likelihood and impact of recurring incidents. This role will also play a part in the Change Management process.
