Human Resources Executive Assistant
The Corporate HR Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of integral office support and administrative functions reporting to the SVP, Human Resources in the Corporate office in Addison, TX. The position requires the utmost discretion and proficiency in the full range of general office services and high executive level support. This role reports to an office Monday - Friday.
Job Duties
- Handles details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature which require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Manages the calendar and scheduling for Corporate HR senior leaders
- Processes HR invoices
- Maintains HR organizational charts and distribution lists
- Prepares for onboarding of new HR employees
- Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/ meetings of senior HR staff
- Maintains HR organization charts
- Manages the Tenet Employee Care Fund Grant administration (Collects applications, ensures meets requirements, interfaces with HR and employees to collect comprehensive supporting documents, submits for approval, tracks all grants, pulls together reporting and data analytics)
- Must perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years executive assistant experience
- Possess a motivated, �self-starter� personality, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Must be a proactive, energetic, solution-oriented team player and able to meet deadlines working well under pressure with the ability to balance multiple tasks with accuracy to details
- Superior project/time management skills - including planning/prioritizing, analysis, attention to detail, and advanced problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office software skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to exercise complete discretion and handle highly confidential information with 100% integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to format high level presentations and database applications
